TabanyaRuu Hyppia at Lumikoira, aka
Kiva
I started hankering after a second
Lapphund about 9 months after Mylo joined us - being one
to wear my heart on my sleeve I made my wish public
knowledge, a bad move as no end of people told me that I
should wait until Mylo was at least 2 years of age and I
resigned myself to do so.
A couple of months later, and totally
out of the blue, I received an email from one of those
advising me to wait ...... The email began "This is
going to be a long and hypocritical email ....." In
short it contained the question; "Would you like to have
one of my puppies as a surprise birthday present for
Louise?" One week week later Louise and I drove
down to Surrey to meet with Liz of TabanyaRuu and to see
our furkid to be.
The litter was a perfect balance of 3 dogs and 3
bitches, 3 brown tris and 3 black tris - you can find

Bizarrely Kiva is a year and a day
younger than Mylo and she came to join us exactly a year
after Mylo came to live with us, fate certainly played
its part in our pack.
